Postpartum & Perinatal Therapy
in Fort Worth, TX
Pregnancy, postpartum, and building your family can bring much more than just joy. You may be dealing with anxiety, irritability, grief, infertility, a difficult or high-risk pregnancy, a birth that did not go the way you planned, or simply the enormous adjustment that is becoming a parent.
❋ Pregnant and preparing for postpartum
You want to feel prepared to bring baby home. You want to make sure you are caring for you as you learn to care for another human.
❋ Postpartum, deep in the newborn trenches
You want to find ways to enjoy the newborn phase and feel more like yourself while navigating the intensity of becoming parents.
❋ High-risk pregnancy or pregnant with multiples
Your pregnancy has been medically complicated, difficult to manage, or you are pregnant with multiples. You want support from someone who understands how emotionally complicated pregnancy can become.
❋ Birth Trauma
Your birth did not go as planned, and you are grieving the experience you thought you would have. Maybe there was medical intervention, a NICU stay, or simply a moment where you felt scared, powerless, or unheard. You want help making sense of it and how it has shaped early parenthood.
❋ Pregnancy loss, infant loss, infertility
You have experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss or life-limiting diagnosis. Or family building has not gone the way you expected. You are grieving the future you were already imagining.
❋ Postpartum depression and anxiety
You are having anxious thoughts and feeling irritable, overwhelmed, disconnected, or even enraged. Motherhood doesn't feel like you expected.

"Late at night
I look at photos of my kids
They are so cute
So precious
So pure
I hear a cry in the dark
And I think
OMG shut up I'm trying to look
At photos of you"
— Loryn Brantz

grief therapy
It sucks to be a member of a club you never asked to be in. You're grieving, and there's no "right" way to do that.
When those heavy grief emotions don’t have an outlet, they come out in ways that are hard to manage. Irritability, exhaustion, numbness, sudden waves of emotion. It all feels overwhelming, but you don’t have to do this alone. -

postpartum & maternal mental health therapy
Nothing makes you question your identity, sanity, worth, or relationships like becoming a parent. You can love your tiny human more than anything in the world and still feel isolated, overwhelmed, lost.
Motherhood is so much more than decorating nurseries and sleep training decisions. Trying to learn how to “mom” while also not losing the rest of you is hard. We can sort through this together - the mundane, the existential, and everything in-between.

expecting twins
Two babies at once is a whole different world. You're not imagining things - the twin mom gig can feel impossible.
You deserve support that understands the reality of multiples and can help you thrive, not just reassurance that you will "get through it." As a mom of twins, I deeply get it.
Let’s tackle this challenge of twin motherhood together. The ups and downs of twin pregnancy, the unknowns of childbirth, and the literal juggling act of two newborn babies at the same time. I’m here for you.
